The BSA Hospitality Awards 2021 are focussed on businesses selling hot beverages and the businesses that support them.

The types of businesses that can enter include cafés, tea rooms, bistros, restaurants, takeaways and street food. However, this list is not exhaustive. The Awards categories are:

General Business Overall – ‘Best of’ Award

The drinks range from your business. This is split into two Awards: i. The Hot Drinks menu and ii. Drink’s preparation

How your business operates is split into two Awards: i. Equipment set-up & workflow and ii. Training carried out in-house

How your business markets its business is one Award covering Creativity & Design.

The final Awards category is for Customer Service and this is open to businesses who supply the above with a service. The Association will be looking for your business to demonstrate that your service is consistent and at times goes beyond the expected parameters.

Benefit from an industry focused campaign to raise the profile of your business and be recognised for a commitment to driving quality standards forward through hard work, professionalism and tenacity.
