Thank you to everybody that has entered our Awards in 2021. The panel of assessors are now reviewing the entries and will be contacting the winners no later than Friday, 20th August.
The Awards Ceremony will be held at Caffe Culture on Thursday, 2nd September at 4.30pm and we look forward to seeing the winners, BSA Members & others at that time.

The Association will be looking for your business to demonstrate that your service is consistent and at times goes beyond the expected parameters.

The BSA Hospitality Awards 2021 are focussed on businesses selling hot beverages and the businesses that support them.
The types of businesses that can enter include cafés, tea rooms, bistros, restaurants, takeaways and street food. However, this list is not exhaustive. The Awards categories are:
→ General Business Overall – ‘Best of’ Award
→ The drinks range from your business. This is split into two Awards: i. The Hot Drinks menu and ii. Drink’s preparation
→ How your business operates is split into two Awards: i. Equipment set-up & workflow and ii. Training carried out in-house
→ How your business markets its business is one Award covering Creativity & Design.
The final Awards category is for Customer Service and this is open to businesses who supply the above with a service. The Association will be looking for your business to demonstrate that your service is consistent and at times goes beyond the expected parameters.

How Much Does It Cost?
Per Award – BSA Retail Member is £48.00 incl. VAT (£40.00 + VAT)
Per Award – Non BSA Retail Member is £60.00 incl. VAT) (£50.00 + VAT)
If you enter three Awards there is a 20% discount (the 3 entries must be completed at the same time to qualify).
Customer Service Award
BSA Supplier or Distributor Member is £180.00 incl VAT (£150.00 + VAT) per entry
Non Supplier or Non Distributor Member from £204.00 incl VAT (£170.00 + VAT) per entry.
The Beverage Standards Association serves and represents our members interests by delivering, developing and endorsing best practice in our industry through training, education and networking, to improve the standards and quality of products and service in the out of home hot beverage market.
