Hot Chocolate and Christmas Issue
With the colder weather upon us many hospitality businesses will see their hot drinks sales growing. There will be a definite upturn in sales of hot chocolate. Something’s Brewing December 2020 will help you understand chocolate better and the process of growing through to producing chocolate both to eat and drink.
Our thanks go to David Greenwood-Haigh of Coeur de Xocolat for the excellent article ‘How chocolate is made from Bean to Bar’.
As well, you can join David on a virtual chocolate tasting. See more at www.coeurdexocolat.com.
Hot Chocolate Recipes
Building upon the chocolate theme our supporters Kokoa Collection, Barry Callebaut and Amy Lane of Table Lane have developed a number of hot chocolate recipes. These include ‘Mad about Mocha’, ‘Spiked Speculoos & Orange Hot Cocktails’ and many more scattered around this edition.
Win a fantastic chocolate prize
To celebrate the continued success of their business Kokoa Collection in this edition of Something’s Brewing December 2020 they are offering a special prize giveaway. Some of the entries will appear in a future edition of Something’s Brewing too.
