Hospitality outlets increase
Contrary to popular belief, the number of foodservice and hospitality outlets is not falling. In fact, according to the ONS, there’s been a 21% uptick from 2017 to 2024 with an increase of 25,570 outlets.
On that basis, I thought I might find something by categorising the areas of the UK on several criteria – and observing the growth that occurred in each.
