North West based tea & coffee merchant awarded customer service excellence award for the second year
For the second year in a row John Farrer & Co, Kendal, has picked up a Feefo Gold Service customer service award, which follows on from the company’s recent success in the annual Great Taste Awards, in which they collected three individual products awards.
The annual Feefo awards are an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.
Created by Feefo, Trusted Service is awarded only to businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine reviews and insights. Businesses who meet the high standard, based on the number of reviews they have collected and their average rating, receive the award. A highly valued badge of approval, this accreditation remains unique, as it is based purely on the interactions with real customers. As all reviews are verified as genuine, the accreditation is a true reflection of a business’ commitment to outstanding service.
Farrer’s are pleased to say that they collected over 175 reviews between 01 January 2020 and 31 December 2020, with a Feefo service rating greater than 4.9 out of 5.0. Ordinarily Feefo gives Gold Trusted Service awards to businesses that have collected at least 50 reviews between 01 January 2020 and 31 December 2020, with a Feefo service rating of 4.5 and above.
