Jane is a freelance, tea consultant, trainer, journalist and writer. She has written 13 books on various aspects of tea and contributes regularly to a number of magazines including Tea & Coffee Asia, Tea - A Magazine and Fresh Cup. She also speaks at conferences around the world and is part of the training team at World Tea Expo which takes place in Las Vegas each year. She runs Tea Master classes in the UK and around the world and trains staff in hotels, tearooms and tea companies.
